The Old Dance School
For why I bought the ticket. And very good they were again. Purchased the ep to complete the collection. (I had thought that they were the main band, but they were only the first) and there were also
The Toy Hearts
described on the flyer as "Brummie Bluegrass" and very good they were too. Purchased a CD in the interval as well as one for the final band
The Destroyers
who turned out to be something of an acquired taste. Perhaps viewed as theatre rather than music makes for better entertainment (will be an interesting CD I'm sure)

Just finished reading
Every so often a book liberated from the "as yet unread" collection makes me wonder why on earth I waited so long before reading it. This was one such.
